Would you like to learn how to turn your cartwheel into an aerial? Are you interested in practicing your aerial with the assistance of coaches and equipment? Would you like to perfect your aerial form and technique? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this class is for you! For 1 hour, participants will work on all things related to the side aerial.
Prerequisite: You must be in Gym Pro level 3 minimum
Are you a gymnast or dancer and would like to learn, practice, or perfect your front aerial? During this 1 hour class, participants will work on various drills and exercises to build the strength, flexibility, and coordination to perform a front aerial.

Would you like to take your back bending to a new level? If you are able to hold yourself up in a back bridge and would like to learn how to do a front and/or a back walkover, come join us for this 1 hour class. Participants will work on building the strength, flexibility, and coordination necessary to do walkovers and will be given the opportunity to practice and perfect their technique and form.
The handstand is a fundamental skill in gymnastics. If you would like to learn, practice, or perfect balancing upside down on your hands, this 1 hour class is for you! Throughout the class, participants will work on various drills and exercises to develop the flexibility, balance, and strength needed to do a handstand.
This class is meant for dancers of all skill levels seeking to improve their tumbling abilities and/or have the desire to learn new tumbling skills such as aerial’s, back and front handsprings, round-offs, leap passes, flipping, and much more!
In this beginner acrobatic workshop we begin with a thorough 30 minute warm-up, stretch and conditioning session, followed by basic skills as rolls, handstands variations, cartwheels front and backbends, and walkovers. Each day concludes with fun combinations and a cool-down.
Duration: 1 hour 30 min – 1 day/week – No experience required
In this intermediate acrobatic workshop, we begin with a thorough 30 minute warm-up, stretch and conditioning session, followed by various skills across the floor (on mats), as wells as drills at individualized stations to work at athlete’s pace. Each day concludes with fun combinations and a cool-down.
Duration: 1 hour 30 min – 1 day/week
Pre-requisites: Completion of Levels 1 – 3 or Assessment
This is an ideal class for dancers with 5 or more years of experience. In this advance acrobatic workshop, we begin with warm-up, stretching and conditioning session, followed by acro-skills like aerials, walkovers, and tumbling. The plans are individualized for each dancer to achieve their goals.
Duration: 2 hours – 1 day/week
Pre-requisites: Completion of Levels 1 – 6 or Assessment
