We require a $65.00 PLUS GST ($15 admin fee and $50 Alberta Gymnastics Federation fee) non-refundable Membership Fee, which is due at the time of registration. This fee is due once per year regardless of the number of programs that you join. The fee is valid from July 1st (2023) to June 30th (2024).
The first month or full session fees, plus registration fee are due at the time of registration. This ensures accurate registration numbers and prevents us from overbooking.
We offer a 5% discount on the second or third child or class.
Discounts cannot be applied to our Team Programs.
Payments can be submitted online or in-person at our office.
Term Payments are Non-Refundable.
We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Debit and cash payments.
A $30.00 fee will be charged on all returned payments.
We ask that everyone comes dressed in appropriate attire by the start of each class. We have a designated waiting area for each class where participants and parents may wait. At no time should anyone enter an instructional area unless their instructor is present.
Girls: A leotard with or without shorts or sweatpants is fantastic. Long hair should be pulled back without hard barrettes, please!
Boys: A t-shirt and shorts or sweatpants are ideal. Long hair should be pulled back.
For Safety Reasons:
Please, no socks or shoes. We discourage jewellery, hooded sweatshirts, jeans, street pants, belts, zippers, and baggy clothing. Leotards are available for purchase in our office.

Arrive on time – We ask that you have your child ready for action at the start time of the class. Each class begins with warm-up activities that will prepare them for the class ahead. This includes cardio, flexibility & stretching, teacher instructions, athlete input, and attendance.
Wait Area – Please wait for your class in the area designated for your class. Students are NOT PERMITTED in any of the instructional areas unless they are enrolled and an instructor is present. This also applies to GROWN UPS!
Monitor your children – Please help us keep all children safe here at Athletica Gymnastics by monitoring young children and siblings closely. We ask that no one stand or climb on chairs, tables, benches, cubbies, or counters.
No distractions please – Concentration is very important in our classes. We ask that you not distract them in any way.
Taking Pictures – Also please remember that flash photography is not permitted.
Picking up your children – For the protection of your children, all students MUST BE picked up inside the building.
Valuables – Please do not leave valuables unattended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Watch for Safety Weeks
It is always best to attend your regular class where the teacher is familiar with your child. However, if your child is sick, please give us a call and we will try to accommodate them with a make-up class. Please note there is no guarantees as this will depend on class-ratio availability. Makeups must be done in the same term that the class was missed. There are no refunds for missed classes.
