GYM FUN
INTRODUCTORY / 5-6 YEARS
A program designed to introduce children to the sport of gymnastics, new experiences and life skills. This level is recommended for children who are new to gymnastics or moving up from our preschool program.

GYM LEARNERS
BEGINNER / 6-12 YEARS
For children who are moving up from the Gym Fun program or new to our gym. Designed to build confidence, strength, and teach the fundamentals of gymnastics on all four Women’s Artistic Gymnastics events: floor, bars, beam, and vault.
Equivalent to Tan, Bronze and Purple
GYM TRAINERS*
INTERMEDIUM / 8+ YEARS
For gymnasts with experience, this program is the next step from Gym Learners. Students continue to develop their skills, strength, flexibility, agility, and confidence on all four Women’s Artistic Gymnastics events: floor, bars, beam, and vault.
Equivalent to Blue, Turquoise and Silver
GYM MASTERS*
ADVANCED / 8+ YEARS
For gymnasts who have passed all 4 levels of Gym Trainers, this is the next step in building skill, strength, flexibility, agility and self esteem. This program promises to challenge advanced gymnasts without the competition commitment.
