For dancers who have the desire to build confidence while learning new tumbling skills.  Students will learn fundamental skills such as rolls, handstand variations, cartwheels, front and backbends, and walkovers.

Workshops

Would you like to learn how to do a cartwheel or improve and perfect your cartwheel form?  During this 1 hour class, participants will have the opportunity to work with coaches and equipment doing drills and conditioning.

The handstand is a fundamental skill in gymnastics.  If you would like to learn, practice, or perfect balancing upside down on your hands, this 1 hour class is for you!  Participants will work on various drills and exercises to develop the flexibility, balance, and strength needed to do a handstand.

Take your back bending to a new level!  If you are able to hold yourself up in a back bridge and would like to learn how to do a front and/or a back walkover, come join us for this 1 hour class.  Participants will work on building the strength, flexibility, and coordination necessary to do walkovers and will be given the opportunity to practice and perfect their technique and form.

 

Ready to start performing front handsprings?  Over a one hour period, participants will train on a variety of exercises designed to increase awareness and develop the strength necessary to perform a front handspring. Already know how?  Join this class to perfect your form with expert guides on hand to show you how!

Prerequisite:  You must be in Gym Pro level 3 minimum

 

Ready to start performing back handsprings?  Join us to learn how!  Over a one hour period, participants will train on a variety of exercises designed to increase awareness and develop the strength necessary to perform a back handspring.  Already know how?  Perfect your form with expert guides on hand to show you how!

Prerequisite: You must be in Gym Pro level 3 minimum

 

Would you like to learn how to turn your cartwheel into an aerial?  Are you interested in practicing your aerial with the assistance of coaches and equipment?  Would you like to perfect your aerial form and technique?  If you answered yes to any of the above, this class is for you!  Participants will work on all things related to the side aerial.

Prerequisite:  You must be in Gym Pro level 3 minimum

 

For gymnasts or dancers who would like to learn, practice, or perfect a front aerial?  During this 1 hour class, participants will work on various drills and exercises to build the strength, flexibility, and coordination to perform a front aerial.
