FIND OUT MORE

Our Interclub Programs are for gymnasts that want to be challenged and taste the gymnastics competitive program, while doing other activities.  This program is by invite only.  After an in-house assessment, gymnasts are placed in a level where they will succeed and also be challenged.  There are 7 levels and multiple age categories.  Children will not experience any competitions until age 8.

This class focuses on gymnastics as the core component to be fit.  Gymnasts will work on flexibility, strength and balance, as well as learning XCEL or the Junior Olympic Program routines.  They will perform their routine at the end of the season, but will also have the option to participate in Interclub Competitions.

Team Altius trains twice per week (for a total of 3, 4 or 6 hours/week according to their level) to encourage skill retention and will focus on a more technical aspect of skill development.
