INTERCLUB: XCEL(levels Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum) or JO 1 - 2 ( Invitation Only)
Team Altius is the continuation of the advance recreational programs. Children are selected and train at a more committed level, or at the train-to-compete level.
This program is for gymnasts who want to be challenged and taste a bit of the gymnastics competition program while still doing other activities.
This class focuses on gymnastics as the core component to be fit. Participants will work on flexibility, strength and balance, as well as learning the Junior Olympic program routines. Participants will show the routine at the end of the season, but will also have the option to participate in Interclub competitions.
These classes run two days a week, for a total of 3, 4 or 6  hours/week.
– XCEL (Bronze level) or JO1 can be requested after completing GYM MASTERS LEVEL 11 or successful try out.
– XCEL Gold or JO2 is by invite only (after successful try out or coach recommendation)
Interclub: XCEL Bronze/Silver or JO1 Compete once or twice in Calgary only
Interclub: XCEL level Gold/Platinum or JO2 Compete in Alberta only

Team Altius is designed for gymnasts that show a keen gymnastics attitude and demonstrate athletic qualities such as flexibility, strength and coordination. The rules of the gym and proper gym etiquette is also introduced to these gymnasts. Team Altius will run twice a week to encourage skill retention and will focus on a more technical aspect of skill development.

  • Parents and/or siblings are not allowed out onto the gym floor or dance studio during class.
  • For obvious safety reasons, please refrain from yelling, waving or distracting your daughter during class.
  • If you need to talk to your daughter’s coach, please do so before or after practice, not during the class.
  • If you need to get a message to your daughter, please go through the office and they will, in turn, let the coach know.

Please respect the coach and gym rules at all times. If you have any questions or need more information, please email us. [email protected]
